  1. We offer shipping Canada and US wide.
  2. Shipping fees are subject to weight and dimension of your purchase as well as location and in line with standard logistics provider billing.
  3. We ship all orders within 7 days of payment.

We're a digital-first marketplace based in Mississauga, ON. We do offer pre-scheduled curbside pick-ups and drop-offs. Please email clientservices@manes4less.ca to arrange a time. 

Absolutely! We don't sell anything that we wouldn't wear ourselves. Every wig is inspected and expertly cleaned. You can read more about our full process here. 

Manes4less strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns in exchange for another product style of your choice priced at the same amount for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds for returns, all sales are final.

  • You may walk into our location to have your exchange request processed or ship the product back to us. Replacement product ships within 48 hours of returns receipt and acknowledgement .
  • The exchange window for purchases made in person at our location is 7 days.
  • The exchange window for purchases made online is 14 days. 

Selling

We make it easy! After you complete our intake form, send an email to clientservices@manes4less.ca to schedule a pick up. We pick up for free within the Greater Toronto Area. If you live outside of the area or in another province then the items must be shipped to our location at your cost. 

Items MUST be shipped to us in clean and sellable condition. Launder your wigs, put them in a package that prevents the wigs from getting crushed. If we receive items that require laundering, a cost of $30 for the cleaning service is billable to the client. 

All items deemed unacceptable for consignment can be picked up immediately. In the future. we intend to partner with charities working with women dealing with hair loss and you can donate these items to our charity partners.

Manes4Less takes 25% commission for all successful sales to cover marketing, advertising, platform, payroll, customer service, shipping fees and operational costs incurred by selling wigs on behalf of our clients.

When an item sells, we will transfer 75% of the amount sold at the end of each month to the client. Available payment methods are Interac e-transfer (Canadian accounts only) or PayPal transfers (International clients).

After the initial 3 months consignment period elapses, all unsold items can be picked up immediately during business hours or the client can also decide to renew the consignment term for another 3 months.
